What happens to your review
Nothing is published automatically. Every review is checked against the matter it refers to before it goes on the site. That is how we keep what appears here accurate.
What we publish
Your review and your country, attributed to a client in that country and nothing more. Never your name, never a photograph, and never your email address or case reference. Nobody reading the site can tell it was you.
Changing your mind
Your consent can be withdrawn at any time and we will take the review down. You do not need to give a reason.
Please do not include
Names of other people involved in your matter, account numbers, or anything else you would not want on a public page. We will ask you about anything of that kind before publishing.
